Students are to have all of the work in for chapters 9 and 10 (the first book) by no later than Monday 4th hour. We will complete the information for chapter 9 on Tuesday, January 8th and then go over chapter 10 on Wednesday and Thursday. This leaves Friday and the weekend to complete your application problems.
Accounting Finals!! Getting Ready
All right Accouting students. It is time for finals. All of those tests from chapters 6 to 9 that I gave you are your study guide. I suggest that you use them and begin studying because there will be 4 versions of the tests so that there will be little or no sharing or cheating. You should know how to set things up at this point and do the computations for each chapter. Those of you who have been skating on someone elses work will skate right down into the hole in the ice. So all of you will either put up or your grade will go down as it should.
Final Marketing Project
For those of you who were not here the last week of classes, I will go over what your final project is for Marketing I. All of you must create a Power Point Presentation (Troy Tidwell will help you if you need it). It must contain the following:

At least 15 slides including one title slide. The slide show should be about you and needs to utilize your strengths in terns of what an employer would like about you if they would consider you for a position.

Use marketing termonology to describe and sell yourself, especially words from Chapter 10. You should use action words and essentially make a presentation resume.

Your presentation must have some animation, music, and must automatically play once started.

You should have some photographs of yourselph as well as graphics make it engaging and dynamic. Remember you are trying to sell yourself to a potenial employer.
